Assumption College Samutprakarn has a mission and vision to manage education and enhance students' English language skills to international standards. Assumption College Samutprakarn has made an agreement with the British Council Thailand to become an IELTS Test Centre (IELTS – The International English Language Testing System) on 1st April 2021. It is a process of measuring and evaluating English language proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Many educational institutions throughout the world accept it, and it will be used to prepare students for the IELTS Tests on Saturday, 21st, 28th August and 4th September 2021

With regards to the ACSP International Standard Test Center (ISTC), Assumption College Samutprakarn has organized an IELTS Preparation Course program for 66 students who are interested in applying for admission. Lessons are taught by an IELTS tutoring specialist of ACSP. During the period of July 12 – August 19, 2021, focusing on 4 skills: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking skills, using online teaching via Cisco Webex Platform (60 hours) students have the opportunity of IELTS Mock-Tests which are provided by the British Council Thailand. Students will be aware of their progress and identify areas that need to be improved, allowing them to feel confident and prepared for the actual exam.

During the IELTS Preparation Class, the British Council Thailand offers students the option to participate in a variety of activities, including:
- On July 2, 2021, there will be an IELTS Briefing (online).
- On July 16, 2021, there will be an IELTS Workshop (online).
- On August 10, 2021 there will be an IELTS Mock Test (online)

ด้วยโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญสมุทรปราการ มีวิสัยทัศน์และนโยบายที่มุ่งจัดการศึกษาและพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีความรู้ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษเทียบเคียงมาตรฐานระดับสากล โดยในปีการศึกษา 2564 โรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญสมุทรปราการได้ลงนามความร่วมมือกับ British Council Thailand ให้โรงเรียนเป็นศูนย์สอบภาษาอังกฤษ IELTS – The International English Language Testing System เมื่อวันที่ 1 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2564 ซึ่งเป็นการวัดและประเมินผลภาษาอังกฤษ ด้านการอ่าน การเขียน การฟัง และการพูด เป็นที่ยอมรับของสถาบันการศึกษาต่างๆ ทั่วโลก และเพื่อเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมนักเรียนก่อนสอบจริง (IELTS Test) ในวันเสาร์ที่ 21, 28 สิงหาคม และวันเสาร์ที่ 4 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2564

ในการนี้ศูนย์สอบ ACSP International Standard Test Centre (ISTC) โรงเรียนอัสสัมขัญสมุทรปราการ ได้จัดโครงการ IELTS Preparation Course ให้แก่นักเรียนที่สนใจสมัครเข้าเรียน สอนโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญสอนติว IELTS ของโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญสมุทรปราการ เน้นเทคนิคการสอบครบทั้ง 4 ทักษะ โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอนออนไลน์ผ่านระบบ Platform Cisco Webex ระหว่างวันที่ 12 กรกฎาคม – 19 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2564 (60 ชั่วโมง) จัดให้มีการทำ IELTS Mock-Test อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้เห็นความก้าวหน้าของตนเอง และจุดที่ควรปรับปรุงแก้ไข ช่วยให้นักเรียนมีความมั่นใจ และมีความพร้อมก่อนการสอบจริง

ในระหว่างการเรียน นักเรียนได้มีโอกาสร่วมกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่จัดโดย British Council Thailand ได้แก่
- กิจกรรม IELTS Briefing (Online)ในวันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2564
- กิจกรรม IELTS Workshop (Online) ในวันที่ 16 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2564
- กิจกรรม IELTS Mock Test ในวันที่ 10 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ.2564
