วันที่ 24 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2654 โรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญสมุทรปราการ ได้รับใบรับรอง E-certification Thai-Stop COVID ผ่านมาตรฐานการรับรอง “สถานประกอบการ สถานศึกษา สะอาดปลอดภัย ป้องกันโรคCOVID-19” โดยกรมอนามัย (Department of Health)

ทางโรงเรียนนำโดย ภราดา ดร.พิสูตร วาปีโส ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ได้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน ข้อกำหนด และหลักปฏิบัติ รวม 44 ข้อ ตามมาตรการสำคัญทั้งหมด 6 มิติ ได้แก่

มิติที่1 ความปลอดภัยจากการลดการแพร่เชื้อโรค เช่น มีมาตรการคัดกรองไข้ นโยบายการสวมหน้ากากอนามัยทุกคน การจัดเตรียมหน้ากากผ้าหรือหน้ากากอนามัยสำรอง มีจุดล้างมือ เจลแอลกอฮอล์พอเพียง มีการจัดโต๊ะ เก้าอี้นั่งเรียน ที่นั่งพักโดยเว้นระยะห่าง 1-2 เมตร มีการทำความสะอาดห้องเรียน ห้องต่าง ๆ และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน เช่น ห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ ห้องดนตรี อุปกรณ์กีฬา เป็นต้น

มิติที่ 2 การเรียนรู้ มีการติดป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์แนะนำการปฏิบัติเพื่อสุขอนามัยที่ดี มีการเตรียมความพร้อมการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยคำนึงถึงการเรียนรู้ตามวัย และสอดคล้องกับพัฒนาการด้านสังคม อารมณ์ และสติปัญญา ใช้สื่อรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพผ่านช่องทางSocial media เช่น Website ,Facebook , Line , QR Code , E-mail

มิติที่3 การครอบคลุมถึงเด็กด้อยโอกาส มีการเตรียมหน้ากากผ้าสำรองสำหรับเด็ก และปรับรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทการเข้าถึงการเรียนรู้ และมีมาตรการดูแลนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องด้านพัฒนาการ การเรียนรู้ หรือด้านพฤติกรรมอารมณ์

มิติที่4 สวัสดิภาพและการคุ้มครอง มีแผนรองรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนสำหรับนักเรียนป่วย กักตัว การตรวจสอบประวัติเสี่ยงของนักเรียนและบุคลากร เป็นต้น

มิติที่5 นโยบาย มีการสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์ความรู้การป้องกันโรคโควิด19 แก่นักเรียน ครูและผู้ปกครอง มีมาตรการบริหารจัดการความสะอาดบนรถรับ-ส่งนักเรียน

มิติที่6 การบริหารการเงิน มีแผนการใช้งบประมาณในการป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด19 และมีการจัดการซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ป้องกันโรคโควิด19 สำหรับนักเรียนและบุคลากรในสถานศึกษา เป็นต้น

ACSP and Department of Health: Safe and Secure Distance Education

Assumption College Samutprakarn led by Bro. Pisutr Vapiso, PhD, School Director, passed the “E-certification Thai-Stop COVID” in compliance with the 44 standards, requirements and practices in all 6 dimensions by the Department of Health, 24 May, 2021.

The 6 dimensions are as follows:

1) Safety from reducing the transmission of pathogens: for example, there is a screening measure for fever. The policy requiring every person to wear a mask policy. The preparation of mask, cloth or spare mask, there is enough hand washing point, alcohol gel, tables and chairs to study. The seats are spaced at a distance of 1-2 meters. There are cleaning of classrooms, rooms and teaching equipment such as computer rooms, music rooms, sports equipment, etc. and good hygiene.

2) Teaching and learning plan: taking into account the age-based learning and in line with social, emotional and intellectual development, using media for knowledge of health through social media channels such as Website, Facebook, Line, QR Code, E-mail

3) Children with special circumstances: covering children with a spare cloth mask or assure that every child is prepared. Adjust the teaching and learning styles in accordance with the context of access to learning and measures to take care of students with developmental learning or behavioral, emotional disabilities.

4) Welfare and protection: there is a plan to support the teaching and learning for sick students, quarantine, examining the risk profile of students and staff, etc.

5) Information dissemination: the policy has communicated and publicized knowledge about COVID 19 prevention to students, teachers and parents. There is a measure for cleanliness management on the shuttle bus.

6) Financial management: there is a plan to use a budget to prevent the spread of COVID 19 and the procurement of prevention equipment for students and personnel in educational institutions, etc.
